I find that life is full of interested people and experts and am focused on raising awareness by sharing their knowledge, a little bit of mine learned along the way… in the end goal of living and learning together, so that we can help become better, stronger and just keep growing as parents, women, mothers and citizens of this beautiful and sometimes chaotic world…. and along the way model it for our kiddos!
