Why are you kind in some moments while other times you’re unkind?

How do you decide when someone deserves kindness and empathy?

How can you model kindness for your kids if you’re not even aware of your own kindness? Like we hear in airplane security…’please put on your oxygen mask BEFORE putting on your child or any other person’s mask’. This principle also applies to your kindness.

Brian Goldman is a father of 2, husband, Canadian emergency physician in Toronto, author of the book ‘The Power Of Kindness: Why Everyday Empathy Is Essential In Everyday Life’ among other books he’s published, a public speaker and award-winning radio show host of CBC radio ‘White Coat, Black Art’ where he takes listeners behind the scenes of hospitals and doctor’s offices, also known as a medical watchdog, he is open about confronting and creating a culture of safety for patients.

Were constantly judging & weighing the benefits & the costs of helping someone.
