And that window is getting shorter and shorter everyday…so this father decided to write a letter to his sons and explain what would change and why it was important to do it now.

Are you one of those parents that feel like their second job could be as an Uber driver, you know simply because you feel like when you’re not at work or sleeping, you’re driving your kids around from here and there from one after school activity to another. Let’s not forget weekends which have become even busier for a lot of parents with competitions or never-ending birthdays & meet-ups for your kids. When you actually go to bed, hurray! you feel like you’ve done a whole lot of driving and not enough living as a family. What are your kids up to? Oh their fine, are they? No clue because they are too busy with everything to actually sit down and talk to you.

Okay, sounds a little extreme, but the reality is that a lot of parents are actually doing this day in and day out. This short episode will inspire your own mom journey when your kids will start participating in after school activities or if your partner doesn’t understand that kids need breaks. Jeff has you covered with some TIPS for you on when to know if it’s too much and when and how he learned about it last year. This moment is soo sweet! I promise!

Kids are definitely stressed at an early age.
